Refund policy
Books:
the SaMi Independent Media shop uses Bookvault's print-on-demand services to fulfull all book orders.
Do we accept refunds?:
No—all book orders are printed on demand. Therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Defected/damaged books:
"Any issues with orders should be raised within" 10 "working days of receiving the goods.
We would require images and explanation of the defect/damage via email [samiindependentcontact@gmail.com]". If the claim has been approved, "we can offer to reprint and send the goods again or refund the order.
To aid the process, please provide as much information including BV order number, ISBN's etc."

Turtle Post:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at samiindependentcontact@gmail.com, including photos and a description of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement. We are able to offer one replacement per order.

Other products:
the SaMi Independent Media shop uses the print-on-demand company, Printify, to fulfill orders (books excluded) and follows their refund and return policy:
"returns and exchanges are not supported if [a] customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, [the SaMi Independent Media shop] offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 26 days of product delivery [if your return in accepted]. Please get in touch with our team using [the SaMi Independent Media shop contact page or contact us directly at samiindependentcontact@gmail.com] and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that [the SaMi Independent Media shop] will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects."
